My Summer Vacation
Summer vacation is one of the most anticipated season of the year for children. As the school year ends, I was so excited that I can finally have a long break away from classes and tests. This summer vacation, I decided to spend it with my family.
My family and I packed our bags and got ready for a trip to the beach. On our way, we stopped to take in the beautiful scenery, and it was simply breathtaking. We saw so many wonderful things, like the rolling hills, the calm and peaceful blue ocean, and the birds happily flying by us. It was a very warm and sunny day, perfect for a day at the beach.
At the beach, we enjoyed swimming in the calm and refreshing water. We also built sand castles together. I had so much fun playing in the sand with my siblings and parents. We also ate a lot of delicious food, like fish and chips, ice cream, and some yummy grilled seafood.
In the evening, we watched the sunset from the beach. The sky was filled with a beautiful orange and pink color, and I felt so peaceful. After that, we enjoyed a bonfire and roasted marshmallows. It was an amazing night and I will never forget it.
At the end of the summer vacation, I felt very happy and relaxed. I was grateful that I could spend the summer with my family, and I was also sad to leave the beach. This summer was definitely one of the best I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to experience it again next year.
